Type of work: Peter McVerry Trust is committed to reducing homelessness, drug misuse and social disadvantage through its provision of housing and support services. The Trust provides its services, which are tailored to the needs of the individual, within a framework of equal opportunities, dignity and respect. 

Current Projects: Our services include an open access centre, streets to home support service, accommodation services, drug services including stabilisation, detox and a drug-free aftercare service as well as 3 under 18s residential services. 

What could a donation achieve for you?: We rely heavily on voluntary donations and fundraising to fund our services, so a donation will greatly help us to continue providing our much-needed services, helping young homeless people move towards independent living. 

Why should our teams choose you?: Unfortunately the problem of homelessness is worsening, Peter McVerry Trust works with some of the most marginalised young people in our society to support them through a range of services to meet their needs and help them in their move towards independent living.
